Why We Started
Uphotic was founded on a belief that leadership should feel human again. After years in global leadership roles, we saw too many capable people striving but disconnected — from themselves, their purpose, or their teams.
We created Uphotic to change that — to help leaders reconnect with what matters most and lead with authenticity, empathy, and courage. Because when leaders show up as their whole selves, the people around them don’t just perform — they flourish.

Brian Devlin is a seasoned leader, certified coach, and trusted advisor with more than 20 years of executive experience across corporate, start-up, and international environments.
He has held senior leadership roles including CEO, COO, and Managing Director positions across the finance and insurance sectors, leading large-scale strategy, transformation, and leadership initiatives. His global experience spans four continents, where he has delivered measurable growth, strengthened culture, and built high-performing teams.
